We want you to feel confident trying Slüum. That's why we offer a 30-night satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase.

If you're not satisfied after using the product consistently, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Eligibility

  • Applies to first-time purchases only
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Subscription renewals and refill orders are not eligible
  • Slüum products are consumable wellness items and are not resold once opened

How It Works

No physical return is required

To request a refund or replacement, email support@sluum.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation
  • Photos of the product or packaging if the issue is related to damage or defects

Approved requests may receive a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary by payment provider

We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of excessive, repeated, or abusive requests.
